Do you offer holiday home rentals?
Yes. All four apartment types — Studio, 1 Bedroom, Deluxe 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom — are available as holiday home rentals from one night onwards. The 2 Bedroom apartments are particularly popular with families on Nairobi holidays.
Are these serviced apartments?
Yes. Each nightly rate includes weekly housekeeping, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, free secure parking, and 24-hour security. Linen and towels are provided fresh and replaced on longer stays.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please contact us in advance.
How do I pay for my booking?
We accept M-Pesa for Kenyan guests, and Visa or Mastercard for international guests. M-Pesa payments are processed instantly. Card payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Is parking available?
Yes, free secure parking is available on-site for all guests for the duration of their stay. The parking area is monitored by 24-hour security.
What’s included in the nightly rate?
